With that in mind, Chef Antonio Salvatore has invested much of his career in nurturing relationships with producers and purveyors to ensure that we present authentic Franco-Italian flavors. We work with a network of suppliers who are passionate about their craft, most of whom are dedicated to generations-long natural methods. Our menus highlight local and organic produce combined with the finest imported products to achieve an explosion of taste on every bite. Chef Antonio looks forward to growing his network in New York with the opening of Casa Limone. We are proud to share some of the people behind the ingredients showcased in our dishes.
